? Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability.
? Please observe silence especially in the common areas – hallway and lobby. Keep noise level at a minimum inside the unit.
? Insert your room key card in the wall slot upon entering the room and the lights can be turned on. And removed upon departing and it will automatically go off.
? Throw the garbage in the proper trash bins provided.
? Do not dispose solid food leftover in the sinks or toilet bowl.
? Smoking and cooking inside this unit is strictly prohibited.
? Do not hang anything in the balcony area.
? Turn off/unplug unused electrical appliances; turn off the main switch when going out for a long time.
? Please take good care of everything in the apartment
? Upon leaving the unit, please be considerate to arrange the things back to their original places as you've seen them.

Please note that additional fee of PHP 150 per guest will be charged for use of the swimming pool.
Swimming pool rules:
? Guests are required to be in proper swimming attire. T-shirt and shorts are not allowed in the pool.
? Food and drinks are not allowed in the pool area.
? Children below 12 years old must be fully supervised by parents/adults.
? Guests who do not comply will be asked to leave the swimming pool.

以台灣傳統電視節目，融合台客電音以及經典老歌，再搭配上最嘻哈的舞步。看似完全不搭的事物，但他們做到了完美的融合，在全國中等學校熱舞大賽高中組獲得冠軍與最佳創意獎，絕對是實至名歸！
「愛跳、愛現、不要臉，謙卑、謙虛、有禮貌」，這是由蕭豐男帶領的動手動腳兒童舞團的宗旨。這次他們與致力於推廣T-POP的「鐵四帝文化藝術創意團隊」的郭書瑞老師合作，舞出台灣經典電視節目！

然而他們不只在舞蹈編排下功夫，音樂方面也毫不馬虎。說到台灣的音樂，台客電音以及經典台語老歌是最有特色的。他們將〈羅百吉-蘇偉在哪裡〉、〈Energy-放手〉以及〈李愛綺-迺夜市〉三首看似完全不相關的音樂，融入電音並配合swag跟jazz的舞步，發現原來各種音樂都可以呈現得超嘻哈！能將台灣所有經典的元素融合成一段舞蹈，冠軍肯定是拿得令大家心服口服！
